Univar Inc. (NYSE: UNVR), Downers Grove, IL, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Univar USA Inc., has acquired Weaver Town Oil Services Inc. and Weavertown Transport Leasing Inc., operating as the Weavertown Environmental Group, Carnegie, PA.

Weavertown Environmental Group a provider of environmental and facilities maintenance services.

Weavertown Environmental Group provides industrial cleaning, waste management and transportation, site remediation and emergency response services. The company has more than 210 employees at eight locations.
