Houston-based GHX Industrial LLC, a subsidiary of The United Distribution Group, has acquired Kernersville, NC-based Anchor Industrial Sales Inc., a distributor of gaskets and fluid sealing products. Terms were not disclosed.
“Expanding our North American service area is an ongoing strategic focus for the United Distribution Group and the acquisition of the Anchor Industrial Sales location complements our already strong North American presence” said Darrell Cole, president and CEO of The United Distribution Group.
