Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG), Minneapolis, MN, reported sales for the second quarter of $335.5 million, up 4 percent from the prior year. Profit increased 161 percent to $172.6 million.
For the first half of the year, sales increased 5 percent year-over-year to $641.9 million. Profit increased 106 percent to $241.5 million.
In April, the company sold its Liquid Finishing business.
