FCX Performance Inc., Columbus, OH, a distributor of process flow control products and value-added services, has acquired Process Control Services Inc., Plymouth, MI. Terms were not disclosed.

PCS provides instrument startup, repair, installation and calibration services; in-house depot repair; turnkey PLC programming and control panel fabrication. The company has personnel in FCX markets including Detroit, MI, Cleveland, OH, Milwaukee, WI, Columbus, OH, and Pittsburgh, PA.
