Avnet Technology Solutions, an operating group of technology distributor Avnet Inc. (NYSE: AVT), Phoenix, AZ, has promoted Eduardo Barron to vice president, Avnet Technology Solutions, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Barron previously served as vice president and general manager, Avnet Technology Solutions, Mexico. He succeeds Sergio Farache, who was recently promoted to lead the solutions and strategy team for Avnet Technology Solutions, Americas.
