France-based electrical distributor Sonepar agreed to acquire UK-based Mayflex Holdings, a distributor of data communications products related to converged IP solutions. Terms were not disclosed.
Mayflex, with sales of €150 million (US$165.4 million) for the year ending March 2015, will join Sonepar in the UK. Mayflex employs 213 associates, with three branches in the UK and one in Dubaï.
