Penn Jersey Paper Company, Philadelphia, PA, has acquired Katcef Distributors, Annapolis, MD, a broad line distributor of foodservice supplies, equipment, disposables and janitorial products.

PJP will continue to operate out of the Katcef Distribution center, and take over operations of the Katcef cash and carry storefront.

This will be PJP’s fourth acquisition in the last eight years, further strengthening the company’s distribution channels in its core market area.
