Houston-based GHX Industrial LLC, a subsidiary of The United Distribution Group, has acquired Memphis, TN-based fluid sealing and fluid transfer products distributor Fugitt Rubber and Supply Co. Terms were not disclosed.
Fugitt Rubber and Supply has 40 employees in its two branches in Memphis and Jackson, TN, and sells to steel mills, food and beverage processing plants, petrochemical plants and OEMs.
“Expanding our North American operation is an ongoing strategic focus for the United Distribution Group and the acquisition of the Fugitt locations complements our already strong North American presence,” said Darrell Cole, president and CEO of The United Distribution Group.
