Northern Safety Acquires Southland Industrial Supply

Acquisition expands company's presence in Southeastern U.S.

Northern Safety Co. Inc., Frankfort, NY, has acquired Southland Industrial Supply Inc., Flowery Branch, GA, a distributor of safety and industrial supplies with locations in Georgia, Delaware, Missouri and Kansas.

"Northern Safety will gain new relationships with leading vendors in the food processing market and a Southeastern hub in which to grow our industrial safety business," said Sal Longo, founder and CEO.
