Bearing Distributors Inc., Cleveland, OH, has acquired industrial distribution company Munnell & Sherrill, based in the Pacific Northwest. Terms were not disclosed.
Munnell & Sherrill will operate as a division of BDI, with incumbent president Gary Butts continuing in that capacity. The company has eight locations throughout Oregon, Washington and Northern California, providing BDI with additional coverage in that region.
