Retailer-owned hardware cooperative Ace Hardware Corp., Oak Brook, IL, has acquired hardlines goods distributor Jensen Distribution Services, Spokane, WA.
Jensen Distribution Services, with $150 million in wholesale revenue, serves more than 2,000 customers in 11 western states.
In other news, with both Emery-Waterhouse and Jensen Distribution Services now under the Ace Hardware wholesale division, Hoyoung Pak has been appointed to president of Ace Wholesale Holdings. Pak joins Ace Hardware from IRI, where he served as COO.
