MW Industries Acquires Maudlin & Son

Acquisition strengthens company's product offerings.

MW Industries Inc., Rosemont, IL, a manufacturer of highly engineered springs, specialty fasteners, machined parts and other precision components, acquired Maudlin & Son Manufacturing, Kemah, TX. Terms were not disclosed.

In addition to its product line, Maudlin & Son offers a modern custom job shop with water jet, laser cutting, wire EDM and metal stamping capabilities.

MW Industries has completed a number of acquisitions to strengthen its product offerings and customer base and is currently evaluating a strong pipeline of possible transactions.
