World and Main LLC, Cranbury, NJ, sold its Handy Hardware unit to Hardware Distribution Warehouses Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

World and Main is a provider of products, merchandising and distribution solutions in the home, hardware and building supply categories.

"This transaction allows us to redeploy capital to business development activities that further enhance our strategic growth plan," said Bryan Yeazel, president and CEO of World and Main.
