Sonepar Agrees to Acquire Cheyns

Company to acquire Belgium-based electrical wholesaler.

France-based electrical distributor Sonepar has agreed to acquire Belgium-based electrical wholesaler Cheyns NV. Terms were not disclosed.
Cheyns – with 180 associates and 10 branches – had 2015 sales of €70 million (US$78 million).
