Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE: ARW), Centennial, CO, agreed to acquire the global internet media portfolio focused on technology and electronic design from UBM, including EE Times, EDN, ESM, Embedded, EBN, TechONline and Datasheets.com. Terms were not disclosed.
Arrow, which last year acquired the United Technical Publishing arm of Hearst Media, said this most recent acquisition will "strengthen its position as a foremost thought leader and trusted adviser in IoT and technology design trends."
