Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN), Herndon, VA, has acquired Woodfeathers Inc., a Portland, OR-based distributor of primarily residential roofing and related products. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1955, Woodfeathers has branches in Portland, OR, Beaverton, OR, and Oregon City, OR, and Vancouver, WA.
