Ritz Safety LLC, Dayton, Ohio, has acquired Portland, Oregon-based Public Works Supply. Terms were not disclosed.
This is the second acquisition for Ritz this year, bringing the total number of Ritz Safety sales and distribution centers to nine.
The company has also grown organically, with new or expanded facilities in Tampa and Pompano Beach, FL, Houston, TX and Indianapolis, IN, over the past two years.
