Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, has acquired roofing products distributor T&C Supply, Flagstaff, AZ. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition provides ABC Supply with its first location in the Flagstaff area. T&C Supply founder Tammy McCoy will continue to oversee operations as the branch manager.
