WESCO International Inc. (NYSE: WCC), Pittsburgh, PA, announced that Kenneth Parks, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has resigned, effective May 31.
Parks has accepted a position as CFO at Mylan, a global pharmaceutical company. Timothy Hibbard, WESCO's vice president and corporate controller, will serve as the company's interim chief financial officer.
