Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW), Melville, NY, has agreed to acquire Converge, a provider of reverse logistics services. Headquartered in Peabody, MA, Converge has 350 employees in offices and service center throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.

In addition, Arrow has complete the acquisition of San Francisco, CA-based Verical, Inc., an e-commerce marketplace geared toward meeting the end-of-life components and parts shortage needs of customers.
