Building materials distributor Bradco Supply has acquired Premier Supply Co., Denver, CO. Premier serves contractors and builders in the Rocky Mountain region. It will retain the Premier Supply name.

 

Premier marks Bradco’s fifth expansion this year. It is a roofing products distributor, but also sells waterproofing, insulation, windows, doors and general building materials.

 

"We are very excited about this acquisition, as it reinforces Bradco’s commitment to the Denver marketplace, following on the heels of our recent opening in Aurora (CO)," said Martin Segal, vice president of acquisitions for Bradco. He said the distributor will continue to capitalize on its position and strong balance sheet to "further consolidate the roofing supply industry."

 

Bradco distributes primarily roofing supplies and complementary exterior building products. It operates more than 130 locations in 30 states.

 

In 2008, Advent International acquired Bradco Supply, Avenel, NJ, which according to Home Channel News had $1.7 billion in 2008 sales.
