BlackHawk Industrial, Broken Arrow, OK, distributor of metalworking and industrial supplies and No. 27 on MDM’s list of the top 40 industrial distributors, has acquired industrial tooling distributor Jarvis Supply, Denver, CO. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition will strengthen BlackHawk's footprint and sales penetration in the Colorado marketplace.
