JanSan, industrial packaging and foodservice products distributor BradyPlus — recently rebranded from BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions — expanded further westward with the acquisition of Idaho Falls, ID-based Idaho Package Company.

Terms weren’t disclosed for the deal, which is BradyPlus’ second of the year, following U.S. Northeast-based EcoIndustrial in early April.
“The acquisition of iPAK enables us to scale a priority geography and to expand our industrial packaging capabilities,” BradyPlus CEO and Chairman Ken Sweder said in a June 12 news release. “This partnership also will bring us additional reach, product depth and support across an important and growing category. I look forward to working with the strong and dedicated team at iPAK.”
BradyPLUS rebranded after the fall 2023 merger of BradyIFS and Envoy Solutions, which formed distributor with nearly $5 billion in annual revenue. The newly-combined company has nearly 6,000 employees acros 180 locations and more than 100,000 branded and exclusive brand products.
