New Orleans-based software solutions provider Prokeep has announced a new suite of features it says will serve distributors and “create an excellent customer experience,” according to a May 4 announcement.
In addition to text, the new suite allows for fax, email, web chat and internal messaging as part of a centralized communication workspace that can streamline workflow, Prokeep said in its announcement.
“Offering your customers multiple means of communication offers them the ability to choose how they want to do business with you,” the company said. “After seeing this need amongst distributors, Prokeep worked to better tailor its features in order to offer several solutions to distributors and their customers.”
Prokeep said the new suite also allows it to integrate with third-party software, such as ERPs, to enable messaging automation and data syncing.
