Liverpool, New York-based JGB Enterprises, Inc. — a company backed by HCI Equity Partners — will now be known as Echelon Supply and Service, the company announced.
The move was part of an evolving consolidation effort and comes roughly six months after the company made a key Canadian acquisition.
“When JGB Enterprises acquired HosePower Canada this past year, it was a natural evolution to unify our growing team under one name to better demonstrate our consolidated North American presence,” the company said in an announcement Wednesday. “By merging under one strengthened banner, we are better able to offer consistency in all aspects of our business. We are proud to announce our new company brand, Echelon Supply and Service.”
The company said the rebranding includes an expanded product catalog, as well as added locations in North America.
Echelon said the name change will not impact any of its current shipping and billing addresses, tax identification or remittance information.
