WESCO International Inc. (NYSE: WCC), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, reported third quarter sales of $2.1 billion, up 3.9% compared with the prior-year period. The distributor reported net income of $64.3 million, down 3.5% compared with the third quarter of 2018.
Sales for the nine months ended September 30 were $6.3 billion, an increase of 1.5% over the prior-year period; net income for the first nine months of the year was $169.5 million, an increase of 1.4% over the prior-year period, the company said.
