Singer Equities, Inc. has agreed to acquire Hydraulic Hose and Assemblies, Gorham, Maine. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hydraulic Hose and Assemblies is a distributor and fabricator of hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings, in-house cylinder repair and a leading provider of snowplow blades and ground engagement tools in Maine and Eastern New Hampshire.
