RelaDyne Acquires Mid-State Industrial Supply & J.B. Weimar

Acquisition expands company's product supply and connects Northern and Southern regions.

RelaDyne, Cincinnati, OH, a distributor of lubricants, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid and industrial reliability services, has acquired Mid-State Industrial Supply Inc. and J.B. Weimar Inc., Nashville, TN.

Mid-State Industrial services a wide range of automotive, commercial and some industrial businesses along with auxiliary products including equipment services, chemicals and commercial and retail fuels.

“The acquisition of MSIS helps solidify RelaDyne’s strategic position in the market by connecting the Northern and Southern RelaDyne regions along with expanding our product and services portfolio to these existing and new customers,” says Larry Stoddard, CEO of RelaDyne.
