IAT is a distributor of specialized material handling equipment, industrial tools, MRO and safety supplies, spare parts and aftermarket repair and rental services to the upstream and downstream energy and industrial end markets.
The combination of IAT and PSS results in a specialty distribution company with a well-diversified platform, significant scale and broad exposure across the energy value chain.
IAT has three locations in Texas and Louisiana.
