HVACR/plumbing distributor F.W. Webb Co., Bedford, MA, has acquired Palace Plumbing & Heating Supply, with locations in Manhattan and the Bronx.
The deal expands F.W. Webb’s presence into the New York City metro-area, adding to its locations in Upstate New York and Long Island.
Earlier this year, the company also became an official sponsor of the New York Yankees.
