Metabo HPT has been recognized as “Supplier of the Decade” by fastener distributor SouthernCarlson, the company announced May 25.
“This award describes a rare relationship that doesn’t only focus on the economic benefit to both parties but goes beyond that to capture the struggle, conflicts and resolutions of so many different times, situations and economic eras of both companies,” SouthernCarlson President Andrei Militaru said in a news release. Militaru added that Metabo HPT was the “only one clear candidate” for this award.
“Our strong partnership over the past decade with SouthernCarlson is something special that doesn’t happen by chance,” Metabo HPT President and CEO Joe Leffler said in the release. “This was accomplished through all the efforts and actions of our great employees.”
Braselton, Georgia-based Metabo HPT — the brand name for Koki Holdings America Ltd. — is a manufacturer of power tools and accessories for woodworking, metalworking, drilling and fastening, concrete drilling and cutting.
