Stephens served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to American Gas Products (“AGP”) in its sale to Air Water America Inc., which oversees The Air Water Group’s North American business. AGP is a prominent helium and industrial gas supplier operating throughout the United States.

Stephens served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Nwestco, LLC (“Nwestco”) in its sale from Westview Capital Partners to Guardian Capital Partners (“Guardian”). Industrial Service Group
Stephens served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to the Industrial Service Group (“ISG”) in its sale from KCM Capital, PNC Mezzanine Capital and Five Points Capital to The Jordan Company (“TJC”). Stephens served as the exclusive financial advisor to Allied Oil & Supply, Inc. (“Allied Oil”) in its sale to Reladyne, Inc. (“Reladyne”) a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners. Founded in 1958, and based in Omaha, Nebraska, Allied Oil is a leading, third generation family-owned commercial, industrial and passenger lubricant and DEF distributor.
DXP Enterprises, Inc.
Stephens served as exclusive financial advisor to DXP Enterprises, Inc. on the acquisitions of Total Equipment Company (“TEC”), APO Pumps & Compressors including Corporate Equipment Company (together “APO/CEC”) and Pumping Solutions, Inc. (“PSI”). Combined sales and adjusted EBITDA for the acquired companies were approximately $114 million and $16 million, respectively and enhance DXP’s aftermarket and service capabilities and further diversify its end markets with meaningful expansion into the water and wastewater market.

Mr. Yates has completed over 170 M&A assignments, advising numerous companies, boards and individual owners in divestitures, acquisitions and defense assignments. He has worked extensively with private equity firms leading a significant number of sell side assignments.
