AI-backed distribution growth platform Proton.ai shared that it has achieved SOC 2 Type II certification.
The accreditation ensures that Proton’s processes comply with data protection standards, reassuring distributors that company information is secure.
“Attaining SOC 2 compliance is a major milestone for our team,” Proton.ai Director of Engineering Vlad Dobrovolskiy said in a Sept. 19 news release. “It underscores our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our clients’ data and reinforces our standing as a trusted partner in the distribution industry.”
Proton said the certification indicates that the company meets established standards for data, security and privacy. For customers, this entails — regular backups, quick incident response, strict data access, continuous monitoring and data encryption.
“Our customers trust us with their most critical data, and we take that responsibility seriously,” Proton.ai CEO Benj Cohen said. “Achieving SOC 2 compliance underscores our commitment to protecting their information. We’re proud to lead the way in setting new standards for data protection in the distribution CRM space.”
