MROP supplies distributor Martin Supply (Florence, AL) has expanded its reach in the U.S. Midwest via the acquisition of Waukesha, WI-based Trinity Hardware Headquarters from Agrisolutions.

is a distributor of standard and custom industrial fasteners and is a provider of services that include kitting and packaging. The company was founded by owner Dan Zehnder and has operated as a brand of Argisolutions — a global manufacturer of wear parts, components and accessories.

“We are excited to welcome THHQ to Martin Supply. This acquisition aligns seamlessly with our mission to deliver unparalleled quality and service to our valued customers. We are committed to upholding the legacy of excellence that THHQ has established,” Martin Supply Co-CEO Doug Ruggles said in a April 15 news release.

Martin — which is celebrating 90 years in business throughout 2024 — said THHQ customers can expect minimal disruption of services in the transition.

“We are confident that Martin Supply will uphold the same level of quality and commitment our customers have come to expect,” added Debi Mantas, Agrisolutions Hardware Sales Director. “With Martin’s 90-year history, expertise, and commitment to excellence, we anticipate even greater value and innovation for our customers.”

The deal marks Martin’s first acquisition since it added Indiana-based Quality Mill Supply in October 2022, and marks its sixth deal in the past five years.

Martin was just outside of the largest 50 companies on MDM’s 2023 Top Industrial Distributors List, and was No. 19 for Fasteners Distributors.
