Following the acquisition of Italy-based Termomeccanica Pompe in April, valve and pump manufacturer Trillium Flow Technologies has made progress in integration.
Trillium has integrated and launched optimized pump lines, which include a range of horizontal pumps featuring overhung and between-bearing designs. This move marks a significant advancement in the company’s product offerings, blending the strengths of its horizontal pumps between its Gabbioneta Pumps and Termomeccanica Pompe brands, company officials said in a Dec. 22 news release.
“We are not just merging product lines but blending centuries of engineering excellence to deliver superior, efficient, and innovative solutions to our customers,” said Edoardo Garibotti, Chairman of Trillium Pumps Italy.
Various stakeholders across the business have overseen the overhung and between-bearing product integration to maintain the strength of both legacy brands while optimizing overlapping products based on critical customer metrics such as weight and efficiency.
“This approach has further extended the company’s overall product coverage and set a solid foundation for upcoming New Product Development (NPD) launches slated to begin in Q1 2024,” company officials said. The company said it will continue to focus on vertical integration over the first half of 2024.
