Texas-based Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) — No. 4 on MDM’s 2023 Top Electrical Distributors List — told tED magazine it has acquired Irving, TX-based Parrish-Hare Electrical Supply.
In an email tED magazine, CED Vice President of Supplier Relations Joe Huffman said Parrish-Hare’s four locations in Irving, Haltom City, Midlothian and Ennis will operate as a separate subsidiary of CED under Parrish-Hare founder Pat Hare and his team.
Parrish-Hare is an electrical distributor serving the commercial and industrial construction sectors in Texas.
According to tED, Parrish-Hare last week announced its locations were closed for “inventory purposes”.
