Congress OKs Established Relationship Fax Exception

The rules about fax marketing keep getting dragged by the heels without getting done. Bottom-line: It’s still OK to fax, at the very least through the rest of 2005, but there are some new requirements for contact and opt-out information required. And there are some new rules for how you can get new fax numbers after this new law goes into effect.
